Machine monitoring

Every machine, live, on one screen

Kealink is the machine monitoring platform we built with Salix. We connect your machines to it and look after it, so your team sees production as it happens and gets told when something goes wrong.

How it works

From your PLC to your phone

  1. 1

    We fit a gateway

A small industrial computer in the cabinet beside your PLCs reads the values that matter: state, counts, temperatures, alarms.

  2. 2

    It sends to Kealink

Securely, over your internet connection. The machine and its program stay exactly as they are.

  3. 3

    Your team sees it live

In your own branded portal, on phone and desktop, with email alerts and reports.

Status and stops

Running, idle or down for every machine, with how long and why. Operators give a reason for each stop with one tap.

Output and OEE

Part counts, availability, performance and OEE per machine and per shift, without anyone writing anything down.

Alerts

Set high and low limits on any reading. When one is crossed, the right people get an email.

History and reports

Charts for any period, downloadable data, and reports by shift, day or month.

Your brand

Your logo and your own web address, for your team and your customers.

Any machine

CNC, packaging, moulding, process lines. If a PLC or controller holds the value, we can usually read it.

One machine up close

Know why a machine stopped, not just that it did

Each machine has its own page: the last eight hours at a glance, every live value, and the reasons behind the downtime. It is the evidence you need for the next maintenance decision.
